GovTact Gives Back
GovTact is committed to giving back to the communities that support us. As part of our internal corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, GovTact Gives Back, we participate in regular philanthropic activities with our teams across the country. Each quarter we determine featured organizations and volunteer opportunities for GovTact to donate time and resources to.
Anniversaries Recognition
We are honored that our team members stay with the company year after year. GovTact anniversaries are celebrated annually with an item of recognition and gift of choice from the GovTact Anniversaries Catalog—each based on the number of years the team member has been with the company.
GovTact Excellence Awards
We like to recognize our amazing team through the GovTact Excellence Awards! These awards are announced quarterly at our regular All Hands Meetings. We also have the opportunity on our Intranet site for team members to nominate coworkers to be recognized.
Internal Communications
With our team located across the country, it’s important for us all to stay connected. GovTact team members have access to our company Intranet site that hosts important documents, company updates, benefits information, team spotlights, and fun updates from our team members. We also send regular internal newsletters and updates from leadership to keep everyone informed on important company changes.
Veteran Mentorship Program
The GovTact Veteran Mentorship Program aims to provide support to veteran team members to help them transition to the private sector and their new position. The program provides resources and an internal support system as well as opportunities for fun and professional networking to help our veteran team members succeed in their new roles.
