
Government Tactical Solutions (GovTact) has named Luke Howe chief operating officer. Howe has served as the company’s executive vice president for the past five years.
Howe has led GovTact’s business strategy and growth, helping GovTact expand from a ten-person organization to a company that supports 15 different federal customers in 12 states and multiple OCONUS locations. In his new role, Howe will continue focusing on business strategy and growth as well as all aspects of the company’s operations.
“Luke has been instrumental in GovTact’s success over the past five years,” said Paul Sanchez, GovTact CEO. “He is a results-oriented leader who works tirelessly to successfully bring the GovTact team together to deliver industry leading solutions to our customers. Earlier in his career, Howe went through the Commercial Leadership Program at General Electric and advanced as a sales leader at the company. He also served as a vice president at a government services firm.
Howe earned his bachelor’s degree in business and political science from Boston College. He has served as an appointee by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors to the Northern Virginia Workforce Investment Board, president of the Young AFCEANs and supports several charitable organizations with his time and philanthropy.
